Madison Midsummer and potluck

Midsummer celebration and potluck: Bring a dish to pass, lawn chairs and folding table, flowers and greenery for the Midsummer pole, then enjoy decorating, dancing, games, prizes and food.

To manage the various food items, please let us know what you plan to bring (main dish, side dish or dessert for 10-12 people) by emailing mwj@medicine.wisc.edu

SAC will provide water bottles and juice boxes for kids as well as paper plates, utensils, and napkins. Refrigerator space will be limited, so please bring your own cooler.

The SAC Board would like to greet you and say hi when you arrive, so please find the registration table and get your name tag.

Tentative schedule:
3 p.m.: Make and decorate the Midsummer pole
Dance around the Midsummer pole
Lawn games, quiz
5 pm: Food & dessert
Announcement of quiz winner
