Julmarknad (Christmas Market) - Swedish traditions come alive with folk characters causing mischief throughout the village. Music and the smell of food fill the air. Shops are filled with handmade items, antiques, folk art, and other gift items.

Vasa Community Snowmen Nov 29-30, 2019
Help the Vasa National Archives make paper mache snowmen, 10-4 each day. On Friday, we will be adding layers of paper mache to the snowmen. Painting will begin on Saturday. This is a community art project that is open to children of all ages. We want the whole community to add their own personal touches and make this a fantastic holiday project for display in our gallery during the holiday season. 309-927-3898

Held at the Colony School. Local elves make cookies that are sure to please everyone. Open 9am-4pm.
