Yes, in Sweden a whole day is dedicated to the famous pastry “kanelbulle!”
The cinnamon bun is a traditional Swedish wheat bun with a cinnamon, sugar and butter filling. Delicious! Consumed with a strong cup of coffee this is what we would call a “fika.”
We welcome you to stop by our office on Wednesday, October 4 for a chat, some coffee and a home-made cinnamon bun.
Please RSVP before Oct 2, so that we can get an idea of how many rolls to make.
