On Tuesday, July 10, at 7 p.m., the International Voices Project (IVP) will host a drama performance at the Swedish American Museum. This international group is collaborating with the Museum and the Consulate General of Sweden to perform “Invasion,” written by Jonas Hassen Khemiri and translated by Frank Perry. Anna Bahow will direct the performance at the Museum.

“Invasion” centers on cultural, language and racial prejudices and forces the viewer to confront them head-on. It takes the example of an Arabic male identity and then lets the audience reflect on their own identities.

Tickets are free but should be reserved in advance. To reserve tickets, please visit the IVP website.
