Sustainology Summit: Mad About Food
A day about innovation, technology, regeneration and action
Showcasing the exciting field of tech and innovation within the food industry will be speakers and participants representing the perspectives of Swedish and American academics, politicians, entrepreneurs, chefs, sustainability experts and executives. Together they will share insights about the trends and driving forces behind the development of new, disruptive methods and products.
The summit will focus on innovation and tech for a sustainable food system within four categories; Production, Packaging/Transportation, Consumption and Waste.
The morning program will feature panel discussions, start-up pitches and presentations; and the afternoon program's various breakout sessions, offers participants the opportunity to engage in more in-depth and interactive discussions.
The day will finish with a post-conference reception.
