Even in midwinter, Minnesota’s landscape has a lot to offer! Christine Hoffman of Foxglove flower studio will share how local, seasonal flora is the perfect way to embellish your table settings. Explore different varieties and uses of willow grown in the Midwest, then make a willow nest to take home for your own spring table.
A materials fee of $10 is payable to the instructor.
Christine Hoffman owns Foxglove, a local flowers studio, and is the founder of the Twin Cities Flower Exchange. A local flowers advocate, Christine is dedicated to teaching about the importance and beauty of working with seasonal materials.
Cost: $55 ASI members / $65 non-members. Includes a drink from FIKA Café.
