We are currently seeking an Swedish-speaking insurance claims handler to support our team with our International clientele.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and process claims from medical providers and clients
Provide customer service to clients regarding any of their inquiries in person, by telephone or by e-mail
Explain questions to clients regarding policy-related issues
Perform data entry of information
Requirements:
Experience working in an office-setting is a must
Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Be organized, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
Work well within a team and individually
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet use, etc)
Minimum of 40 WPM typing skills
Ability to speak English AND Swedish (or another Scandinavian language) is required
Prior work in healthcare, medical billing/coding or claims handling is a plus

Compensation starts at USD $30,000 per year. All candidates must be certified to work in the US (work visa, green card, etc.) we do not sponsor work visas.
