Hello, our names are Kerstin Maltén and Robin Andersson.
We are a young Swedish couple who will be in New York this fall ta study art and acting.
We are interested in renting an apartment in the midtown Manhattan area since our schools,
Art Students League and Neigborhood Playhouse, are locades just South of Central Park.
We are looking for a studio or one bedroom apt., unfurnished preferred, with a monthly rent of about $1,200 - $1,700.
We prefer a light, fresh apartment with a proper kitchen and storage areas.
We will arrive in New York in August and we are going to stay for at least two years.
