The room is in a large (~900 sq. ft.) 2-bedroom apartment in South Williamsburg, located on the 3rd floor of a recently renonvated late-19th century loft building, facing north with a lovely view of the Williamsburg Bridge and Manhattan skyline. The room is bright and large (10 ft. x 10 ft. with 11 ft. ceilings), hardwood floors, an enormous window and two closets off of a large living room/kitchen area with all new appliances. In the other bedroom is my roommate, a 25 year-old male who works in film production - very clean, quiet, courteous and friendly! He works a lot so you'd have a lot of privacy. The apartment is two blocks from the water on a very safe, quiet block, close to amazing restaurants and cafes, a 7 min walk to the Marcy stop on the J and M trains, or 15 minute walk to the Bedford stop on the L train. Rent is $1200/mo, + utilities (~$60-70). |
