Swedish Yuletide and Lucia.

Christmas is based on traditions that go back decades and centuries, and each family has developed its own 'rituals' for this important holiday period. SWEA Boston, celebrating its 25 year anniversary this year, arranged the annual Yuletide over the weekend—held at the Cyclorama at Boston Center for the Arts, it is Christmas in a nutshell and a warm begin of the Holiday season for many in New England.

• It takes a village... and a village of volunteers made it happen on December 4, 2010 in Boston. And not just in Boston, where photos below were taken, but in many cities throughout America.
