• May 29 at the Brick Church on the Upper East Side, Manhattan: American Scandinavian Society held its Annual General Meeting with election of officers, the cultural awards ceremony and a subsequent cocktail reception. A pleased A.S.S. president, Katla Donelly, can look back at a quite successful year for the organization, with record membership and a successful list of programs and events.
