A Taste of Sweden

It's Fancy Food Show in New York and a group of Swedish suppliers were on hand for a demonstration of traditional Swedish tastes. 

  • Mats Martinsson of Orkla Foods speaks about the qualities of Sweden's red gold, the lingonberry.
  • Honest Cooking co-hosted an intimate event with Falksalt Sea Salt Flakes, Pågen Krisprolls and Orkla Foods (Felix Lingonberries) sharing traditional Swedish flavors and ingredients. While representatives introduced their brnds New York based Swedish chef Ulrika Bengtsson showcased Nordic cuisine and invited guests to sample her Swedish fare.
