  • After 33 years of phenomenal leadership, Renee Lundholm is retiring from the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York. Her successor as president of this organization, the largest Swedish chamber of commerce in the world outside Sweden, is Anna Throne-Holst. The former Southampton town supervisor is a Norway-born, Sweden-raised and America-educated politician. Her appointment to the Chamber “… represents coming full circle, combining Swedish roots with professional experience in the American public sector and U.S. government management,” she said. Throne-Holst started working in tandem with Lundholm at the SACC offices in New York on February 14 and officially assumes her duties of president in April.
