Pea Soup in Philly

Enjoy a traditional meal of pea soup with Swedish punsch on Jan. 27 at the American Swedish Historical Museum in Philadelphia.

  • Warm up on a chilly winter’s night from 6-9 p.m. on Jan. 27 at the popular Pea Soup and Punsch Supper at the American Swedish Historical Museum, 1900 Pattison Ave, Philadelphia. Swedish yellow pea soup will be served with punsch, along with sharp cheese and bread. Thin pancakes topped with lingonberry jam and whipped cream is served for dessert.

  • Swedish punsch, often heated up or served luke warm is a common (and excellent) companion to Thursday's pea soup.
