  • Strawberry Caipirinha
Brazil’s national drink in a summery Swedish edition. If you cannot find cachaça (or aguardente, as it is also known), then substitute with a light rum.
    Ingredients serving 4
    3 limes
    4 oz sugar
    12 strawberries
4 oz. cachaçao or light rum
Wash the limes carefully. Cut them and strawberries in small pieces. Put the lime in 4 glasses and pour on sugar. Mash it into the limes, so that the juice of the limes squeezes out. Put the strawberries in and mash them lightly. Pour on the alcohol and crushed ice and add a little mineral water.
