  • Congratulations to Executive Chef Marcus Jernmark and his team along with proprietor Håkan Swahn (who's done it again). It was announced today that the restaurant receives a Michelin Star in the 2013 Michelin Guide.

  • The restaurant in the center of Manhattan is right now hosting Chef Daniel Berlin from Skåne, Sweden, who was named Young Chef of the Year by the coveted San Pellegrino Cooking Cup. The visiting chef and the Aquavit staff are preparing an 8-course tasting menu, which is available for dinner during the week.
