  Princess Madeleine and her American boyfriend Chris O’Neill have left Sweden and are now vacationing around Europe. The other week, the lovebirds were seen spending a few days in St. Moritz, Switzerland, where they stayed at the luxurious Palace hotel. And from St. Moritz, they continued on to Italy and Milano, and checked in at the hotel Casta Diva Resort at Lake Como (which is known to attract the rich and famous). Several times they went for walks hand in hand, looking at the surroundings, talking, and kissing.
