Handball umpire fouls hotel maids

Referee's bad judgement earns a red card from the tournament 

• Arrested on suspicion of sexual molestation, a referee from the men’s handball World Championships in Sweden was accused of exposing himself to cleaners in a Gothenburg hotel.

• Although released the following morning, he was banned from the sporting championships by the International Handball Federation, whose members remained puzzling why the official pulled his pants down in front of female housekeeping staffers.
