If you're in Sweden in June, then why not do it at Stockholm's Skansen?

  • Are you planning to get married? If you're in Sweden on June 9, then why not do it at Stockholm's Skansen, the world's first open air museum? That’s when Skansen opens up for drop-in weddings. Both civil and church wedding ceremonies are being offered at Ringsvallen; witnesses for those who need them will also be available. All you need is an inquiry into impediments to marriage from Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency) and a marriage certificate from your home parish (only for the church wedding). It will set you back 500 SEK ($69). For more info: www.skansen.se
