• From Detroit and The North American International Auto Show we hear that the all new Volvo XC60 was awarded the 2018 Utility Vehicle of the Year.

• The awards, chosen by a panel of more than 60 jurors, are among the most prestigious in the industry. “Like the XC90, the XC60 offers Volvo’s distinct brand of luxury and it may even be more appealing than its bigger brother. The ride is exemplary, and when smartly equipped, it is a fine value,” said NACTOY juror and freelance auto writer Kirk Bell.

• The new midsize SUV model was earlier awarded "Best of the 2017 New York International Auto Show," and "Best Connectivity," "Best Powertrain" along with "Best 2018 SUV of Texas."
