Lucia Trade Award to Michael Corbat

On December 3, 2013, Citi CEO Michael L. Corbat was presented with the Lucia Trade Award.

• The Citi CEO received the award in recognition for his longstanding support of free trade and of Swedish-American business relations.
  The Gala Award Dinner was held at The Pierre for the second consecutive year. It was a festive affair where the highlight was the presentation of the award, a glass sculpture in the shape of a vessel designed by Bertil Vallien, a symbol of the trade relationship between the two countries.
  Guests were treated to entertainment courtesy of Niclas Dellham and Anna-Lena Björklund, accompanied by pianist Måns Ek. The evening was capped with a Lucia procession headlined by soprano Michaela von Koch as Lucia and featuring singers from the Swedish Church Choir.
