    Police in Rosengaard, Malmo (the district in Malmo with a large group of immigrants, especially from the Middle East) are signing up for lessons in Arabic. The idea is to learn basic greeting and courtesy phrases. The initiative comes from the police themselves, and 45 police have already registered. “It’s about greeting residents in a more dignified and somewhat more polite way,” says Bengt Hersler, a police officer in Rosengård.
